Ricardo Ariel Toribio (b. 1993) is a musician, actor, writer, and filmmaker. In 2018 he graduated from the Altos de Chavón Film School in the Dominican Republic, and in 2022 his short film Un Gavillero en la Sierra premiered. He is a co-founder of the project The Weavers (Los Tejedores), and in 2021 published a book analyzing the weaving culture in the Dominican Republic and Haiti.
