Sebastian Marcano-Pérez is an experimental filmmaker born in Caracas, Venezuela and raised in Miami, Florida. His work explores ideas such as immigration and the Venezuelan exodus, through the amalgamation of analog and digital, in what he calls “hand-made folktales.”
