Synopsis

A man speculates about the disappearance of his father, a decorated spy from the 1990s. Gathering relics from their past together, including cherished family photos and encrypted messages hidden in the electronic devices in his surroundings, he will find a way to be reunited with him.

This film screens as part of the shorts program Sometimes I Imagine You A Little Lonely.

About the Director

Humberto González Bustillo (b. Maracaibo, Venezuela, 1992) was selected in 2016 to participate as a film critic in the Talents Buenos Aires, and then pursued the Cinema Postgraduate Program at Torcuato Di Tella University. His debut short film, Aphorisms of the Lake, was a THFF22 selection. He is the co-owner of DAMN PHANTOM, a small production company based in Buenos Aires and New York.
