Dalissa Montes de Oca is a Dominican audiovisual artist. She graduated from the Altos de Chavón School of Design in Visual Communication (2019) and Film (2021), and holds a master’s degree in Documentary Media from Northwestern University (2024), along with a certificate in Latin American and Caribbean Studies. In her work, she uses the audiovisual medium to explore personal and communal memory, connecting time with sensory experiences through the language of film. Her short film Pacaman (2021) was a THFF22 selection.
